Priority Matrix

One of the simplest ways to prioritize your company’s responses to customer information is a Priority Matrix.

This is a chart with one axis measuring how important customers view an issue and the other axis measuring how well you are performing in that area.

Areas that rate high in importance and low in performance should be your priority issues.
